Osimhen and his brother-in-law settle legal disputes


Following the resolution of his conflict with his brother-in-law, Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen is anticipated to return to Naples on Wednesday, as reported by Il Mattino and Corriere della Sera, two Italian publications.


Osimhen was in Lagos recovering from an injury he had incurred in Portugal during Nigeria's international friendly match against the Saudi Arabian Green Falcons.

After spending two weeks in Nigeria, Osimhen will return to Naples with permission from the club to attend the most recent, intricate family activities.


"He was receiving his rehabilitation program from the doctors and club trainers while in Lagos, as per his agreement with Napoli."

"Now that his personal conflicts with his sister and brother-in-law have been settled, he is good.

The  amount he had collected from him (his brother-in-law), when he was transferred from Lille to Napoli. On Wednesday, he declared his intention to return to Naples.


As for Osimhen, who just finished as the eighth-best player in the world according to the 2023 Ballon D'Or, he will be in the stands supporting his teammates at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium during their Champions League matchup versus Union Berlin.

He announced his return to Naples on Wednesday. "He is fine now, and he resolved his personal issues with his sister and brother-in-law in a legal case in Lagos, over the sum he collected from him (brother-in-law), following his transfer to Napoli from Lille."


In the meantime, Osimhen, who was just ranked as the eighth-best player in the the globe in 2023 At the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium, Ballon D'Or will be in the stands supporting his teammates for their Champions League matchup versus Union Berlin.

UST-IN: Kano Governor Enacts 24-Hour Curfew Due to Violent Demonstrations and Theft

A 24-hour curfew was imposed on Kano State on Thursday by Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf in reaction to the growing violence during the #EndBadGovernance demonstration.
