Mr Martins Vincent Otse also known as Very Dark Blackman has written a petition against Idris Okuneye also known as Bobrisky on breaches of sec(4(2) of same sex marriage prohibition act 2013 as its purnishable under section 5(2)

In his words he said

After the EFCC completes their investigation, we will go on to the next phase. The law is the law, so he  must respond. If he is found guilty, then good luck to him. If not, then let's examine the relationship anact d the relevant legislation.
